Hi, my name is Danai Lekka and I joined the Innovation Sprint Team in September 2022 as a Junior Researcher.
Since I have combined Electrical and Electronic Engineering with Biomedical Engineering, I have acquired both practical and theoretical knowledge that help me resolve problems through a multidisciplinary manner. My studies made me develop skills necessary to thrive in my future career. In more detail, I have been exposed to a multitude of challenging projects under time-pressured deadlines, that have enhanced my critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. During my studies, I have been asked to prepare several assignments contributing to my organization, presentation, and research skills.
Innovation Sprint is a great starting point for my career as I am passionate to take part in medical technology projects that have a positive impact on everyday life.
I strongly believe that e-health will shape our future and I am excited to be part of it. I will be working on various European research projects that will help me develop my innovation skills. Also, I will be working as a ML engineer boosting my coding skills and learning about intelligent technology.
